We contact them regularly and make them aware of your application if, according to their profile, it could be interesting to them.
3. Your application is available online (encoded) at any time for registered producers and agencies. This service will be available shortly.

Do I have to pay additional fees?

No. The monthly charge covers all costs during the validity of your entry.

Why is there a registration fee?

The maintenance of this databank is extremely expensive. It requires an investment of highly technical personnel. Every entry is checked manually. The constant acquisition of producers and agencies and our promotional efforts and strategies represent additional costs. Also, our registration fee is a way of selecting entries. We don't value the quantity, but the quality of registrations, and find it more important to receive serious applications.

What guarantees do I have?

You have the guarantee that we will do our best to put you in touch with serious producers and model agencies. We cannot guarantee that you will always be successful and find the right engagements. However, Top-Model Casting is most probably the most effective and cheapest way to find an engagement as a model.

How do I know whom you give my application to?

We will only disclose that information when the producer wants to get in touch with you. The reason why companies greatly appreciate our services is the respect from anonymity. Producers and Agencies are constantly overwhelmed with requests. With us, these companies can decide when to contact the applicants. Therefore, few producer of agencies may contact you, but these contacts are all the more valuable as when they do contact you, it means they are really interested in cooperating with you.

What shall I do if changes occur from my side?

With your reference number and your password you have access to our homepage at any time. In the login area you can edit your data online (change of address, profile, new engagements, etc.) Alternatively, you can send us an email, a fax or a letter. You will find our fax number and address in the imprint.

Can I cancel my entry at any time?

Of course you can cancel and delete your entry at any time. If your registration hasn't expired, we give you a credit for the remaining time. You can reactivate your registration at any time for the remaining validity period or use your credit for another search.

How am I updated on the progress of my request?

You are informed regularly by e-mail on how many producers are currently studying your application. Either interested producers contact you directly or we send you a message to inform you as to when and whom you should contact. In the login area of our homepage you can retrieve the actual status of your application at any time.

For how long is my registration valid?

Your registration is valid for 3 months at first. After these 3 months, if you don't cancel your entry, it automatically renews monthly for another month.

Do you have any references?

Our main priority is to respect the anonymity of our customers. Therefore, we don't have references based on contracts arranged. All our customers appreciate our discretion. However, Top-Model Casting has already arranged more than a thousand (!) contracts, and we are recording an increasing demand for our service.

How is the information provided protected against misuse?

It is extremely important for us to protect your data. Your information is only transmitted to the companies that are interesting for you as producers and agencies. We use the SSL technology to secure your data via the internet. This secured technology is also used by most banks to guarantee that strictly confidential data such as your credit card or bank account details are protected against misuse. On your request, all data can be erased from our database at any time.

How can I pay?

Of course you can pay by credit card. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or make a bank transfer. You can choose the payment method at the end of the registration form. If you pay by credit card you will be charged monthly. If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, the payment is for 3 months in advance.

How do you contact producers and agencies?

There are different options. Almost all companies that are active in the fashion industry are included in our database. We contact them regularly and inform them about our services. Also, we work with different marketing companies and agencies. We also use advertisements and direct marketing.
